


Howard has spent most of his career leveraging his design skills for the print ad business. In the early years, Howard represented several print companies, photographers, illustrators, writers and other designers. Today, as Chief of the Sandbox at Lenick In-House, Howard is actively developing the infrastructure of the organization, building a dynamic team with chemistry and guiding his team as they create.
Howard is also responsible for managing the relationships both inside and outside the agency.

Armed with over 25 years of successful experience in the multi-million dollar marketing, advertising and promotional businesses and degrees from both the Schulich and Richard Ivey Schools of Business, Paul understands the importance of producing the ideal strategic balance of product and service to customers by recognizing, understanding and respecting their needs and desires.
Paul has been responsible for managing individual budgets exceeding $37 million while leading the planning, marketing, advertising and promotions for such major clients as Sears Canada, Home Hardware, and Safeway (Canada and the U.S.). In addition to making sure that everyone plays nicely in the sandbox, Paul brings his two most prominent personality traits --passion and integrity-- to every assignment he is privileged to work on.

In his current role at Lenick In-House, Shiraz spends his days making ugly things look pretty, brainstorming in order to infuse his designs with a meaningful message, and critiquing everybody else's sandcastles.
He is also an avid gamer, golfer and loves to spend time in the great outdoors.
